Can you and your wife have a baby after your wife's had chemotherapy
treatment for breast cancer? That's not a question my wife and I have been faced
with. (We went directly to the grandchild option. I highly recommended it. Oh,
what a blessing.) But the question of whether you can have children is a real
one for those who've had chemo for breast cancer during their 20's, 30's and
early 40's.
Brandon, a BCFH reader, emailed me this week about the topic of pregnancy after chemotherapy. I'm not familiar with and haven't researched the program yet. It's a non-profile called Fertile Hope. Brandon is working to help spread the word about this program.
If having children after chemotherapy is something you have experience with, I hope you'll comment about your experiences or drop me an email.
